The WPG Ship Schedule provides a clear snapshot of when you can expect your order to arrive, based on the shipping method chosen. Here’s a quick breakdown of the delivery options:

Direct Customer Stop

(DCS)

This is the fastest and most direct service, with minimal handling. Your shipment is cross-docked at our facility and loaded onto an over-the-road (OTR) trailer for direct delivery to your client.

Redelivery

(ReD)

Sometimes, despite being planned for DCS, a shipment can't be delivered directly due to factors like freight volumes or the recipient’s location. In these cases, we transfer the freight to a trusted regional less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier for final delivery.

POOL Service

This is our optimized LTL model for smaller orders (typically under 10,000 pounds or less than 10 feet in length). We aim to minimize handling by moving these shipments on the same trailers as DCS orders. When they reach a location close to the destination, they’re handed off to a regional LTL partner for the final leg.

Truckload

(TL)

We offer truckload service - pickup direct from your location and delivery to your consignee.

Note on Transit Schedules: Timely delivery depends on the volume of freight we’re moving in a particular region. We aim to have around 40,000 pounds or 43 feet of freight on a trailer to make the shipment financially viable. If volumes are low, there may be a delay of a day or more while we gather enough freight to proceed.

The ship schedule is based on the destination’s zip code and assumes an origin from our 54956 facility. Once you provide the ready date and destination details, we can estimate when your order will arrive.
